Could not find the parking spot, the description was not clear
In the end I had to take a chance and find my own parking place,
Very disappointed and wasted my money
Just an idea, maybe you could add what 3 words as well as the the post code for a more accurate location.

The car park is well positioned for access to Hope Street, and the Royal Philharmonic hall. Once we gained access, more later, the parking spaces were well marked, and parking was fine. Leaving the car park was stress free, the barrier automatically lifted as we exited. The fun was in getting in! I tried opening the barrier with the JustPark app, but the app insisted we were too far away. However, we were only inches away from the barrier. I have since checked my phone, and can confirm the JustPark app had location permission on my phone, including precise location. Possibly, I needed to login before getting to the barrier.
At this point I tried the barrier code, which worked, but the barrier came back down before I could get back in my car and drive through. The situation was made worse because my car won’t drive forward unless the driver has the seat belt on! Fortunately, my trusty co- pilot, wife, stepped up and entered the code, allowing us to enter the car park.
