Barrier would not open, via just parking App nor pin sent via e mail. Only a fellow car park user informed me of a different code to use.

First time user
We were unable to gain access to the car park as the app kept telling us we were not near enough the entrance from our location in the mobile phone. We were across the pavement and right up to the barrier.
We had to wait until someone else came who had a code for the barrier.

Car park ideally situated for us. We were at a family.wedding at Blackburne House and the Hope St area. Barrier did not work with code but we pressed the buzzer and we got let in ok. Car was safe all.weekend.

This was the first time I experienced problems parking here, the barrier didn't open for me even though I had my booking confirmation. I buzzed for help for ages but no response so had to end up trying to find a new parking spot. Not happy about this. Asked for refund.
