Our space is very secure. We are part of a neighbourhood watch group and as it is a private road we don't get passer-by's. Being a new build estate, there are builders and sales staff around during the day and security at night.
We are very close to the airport. It is around a 10 minute walk. If we are about we can offer a lift for a small charge (purely down to the airport charging any car for dropping off).

Safe space in a quiet road. Space is reasonably secluded. A good 20 mins walk to the airport.
Being close to the Mersey when its windy and rainy you'll get soaked so if rain is forecast book a cab.

This is a very good spot for those flying out of Liverpool airport, took about 20 minutes (walking) and imagine a taxi would only take 5 minutes. Nice new estate and felt safe leaving the car. Would park here in the future if required.
