Issue is the app and no option to use a number to call and pay. First time I parked here took forever to download the app and i'm under 35. I can't imagine my parents or technophobes coping with it. Carpark isn't an issue. Lack of accessibility is.

While parking we received 3 penalties: LV14214229, LV13915024, LV12718108. Out ticket was valid at that time. Our Vehicle Registration is D for Germany. MAZ-3611. In the app we put DMAZ3611. On the penalties only MAZ3611 is shown.
