Parking on Chilmark Road, L5

The owner was lovely and came out to speak to me as I approached her door. I had booked using this app, and arrived to find some else parked in the spot. We arrived later than expected but still I had booked and paid for the parking spot for 6 hours. I told her we'd booked her parking bay, and as the owner saw another car, she wanted to clarify if that was my car or not. I said no. We had no choice but to partially block in the car as we were attending an event nearby. The owner of the parking bay tried to contact me after we left as the another car owner had returned and apparently gave her some grief. Unfortunately, I had lost signal at the event so I hadn't received her messages until later on. We arrived back and the other car had moved so they must have found a way around. I replied to the owner and she informed me that the other car owner wasn't nice to her but she would be following up with JustPark. This isn't the owner fault but I wouldn't using that area for parking again. For that reason, I cannot give this a fully 5 star rating

A car was on my space and the house holder said that the firm had double booked. Big rip off because I had to park on a grass verge. Paid £28 for nothing. Disgraceful

Initially I was pleased with the location but not too pleased when I returned to my car. Someone had deliberately parked across the end of the drive (old silver bmw) blocking me in, it was the only car parked on the road and had deliberately been parked there. I tried knocking on your door to ask them to move it so I could get out but no one answered. After several attempts I eventually managed to squeeze past the parked car but this had added another 10mins to my departure so instead of beating the worst of traffic I got caught up in the thick of it, I was not happy.

Absolute joke. Got to the space which was should have been on a drive and a car was already parked there. Knocked at the door. Person hung out of the top window and said "it's JustParks fault they keep double booking it. You will have to park in the road out side ( which is permits only ) and I will keep my eye out for the wardens" Absurd as it's a con.
