March 23rd the first time using JustPark and they were absolutely superb. We received detailed instructions from Steve that included a video showing the route inside the underground car park to our parking space. A well run company that really looks after its customers.

Very friendly owner. Great instructions. Easy to follow. Very safe. I have a large/long car and it was no problem at all. Note - there is lots of space for turning even though it’s an underground car park (the lack of it was my main worry). It was great. And really nice to have it sorted prior to leaving home.

Booked this space as we needed somewhere while dropping our son off at Uni. The owner was absolutely excellent! He called several times on the morning to explain that he wouldn't be able to meet us at the space (unfortunately, I missed the calls as we were bust loading the car). He then text and sent photos of where to find the carpark fob, and a very helpful video of how exactly to find the parking space. He even messaged to say he hoped the move went well. I would definitely recommend and use this parking space again.
