The process was very easy and fast. Unfortunately the first place I booked had been overbooked so my booking was cancelled by the homeowner. Alternatives were offered to me and one of these looked ideal so I jumped in there without really looking. It was the same place that had just cancelled me! Felt like a complete idiot. Thankfully a third option has worked out OK.
