Used this space for Leicester City football. Not far from the motorway. Easy to get oit afterwards and the walk wasn't too long.

As described, and the owner was helpful with text communication when we were running late.
I went there for Chelsea's midweek League Cup game against Leicester City.
No problems, and handy for return access back to the M1 after the game.
Plenty of cosmopolitan food choices between space and stadium too.
And Chelsea won.
