Woodhouse Plaza Car Park

Purchase & confirmation process was stress free & clear. When I arrived no parking bays were free & few looked far too narrow to fit my SUV in. Ended up parking on unmarked spot clearly used to transit emptying of skip bins … yep so I blocked bins in. Sent text & email to just park got no reply. 3 other booked cars came they left due to no space.

No parking available so had to park in the light for £26 had no choice as late for jury duty! Extremely dissatisfied with the service !!

Easy booking, cheap enough for city centre

The car park is as described it is a bit tight if you can’t park Could use a little clean up but all good

My first experiencing booking a parking slot with Just Park was not the best, but to be fair, once I complain they were fast in sorting everything so I think it is only fair to upgrade my review. If I have the chance I will use the service again, just not with the car park I previously selected.

It wasn't easy to find, the only space left was only just big enough for my Fiesta to fit, I returned to my car to get something and there was someone arrived who had booked and there were no space for him at all. The site needs clearing of litter and rubbish.

Extremely cross when we arrived for our parking space absolutely none available even though we booked the place days before would definitely not recommend this car park to anyone

Not a big car park but and was not easy to find but all in all cheap for 3 days of parking. Perfect for a long weekend thanks

The car park is very small and another vehicle was parked across the last free just park space so it was inaccessible. I tried calling just park and there was no answer. There were no details to call the space owner. Very unhappy.

Terrible. Booked a space to arrive in a different city for a concert. Booked it for mid afternoon to enjoy some time in the city. Car park spaces were all full. Spoke to a local car park agent who said he speaks to people daily who have the same issue - Told they over sell the spaces. Called JustPark who then redirected me to what they said was another nearby space. Sat nav asked me to perform a u turn as the address given was for the same full car park. Requested a refund - have to wait 10 days for the money back. Ended up spending quite a while trying to find a car park - Lost over an hour of our free time. Ended up in a multi-storey which was £4 cheaper & for a longer stay. Would never book with them again as can’t trust space will be there when arriving. Would give a zero if possible. ***In response to the below - I turned up at 2pm - the time of the booking. No spaces available. Local working in a car park booth said to me as I walked up ‘I know exactly you what you are going to ask - no it’s not ran by us - and I bet there are no spaces - they always do this and I speak daily about it - You need to call them’. Car park was tiny and looked badly maintained. Quite glad there were no spaces in the end as wouldn’t have been happy leaving car there and also parking was £4 cheaper elsewhere***
