The Carpark didn't recognise the receipt from the app I used to purchase the ticket so I had to repay a further £19 for parking.

Terrible! Do not use - I paid upfront for a space in Leeds. I could not get in when I arrived - barrier issues. It was very secluded and late at night when I returned to my car and I could not get out of the car park ONCE AGAIN. Plus the helpline took ages to answer. I felt very unsafe - I do NOT recommend this company! At all

Got to the place and the barrier didn't open. The operator on the box said they don't take payment online and that the JustPark booking was sold by a scammer. I had to pay again for my parking.
