Q Two Car Park

Car was safe, but too tight with so many pillars

gate was broken on first parking so should not have been sold to us. Took ages to get through to customer service. Next parking information was not emailed and had to call again and was waiting for 20 mins in a the wrong car park we had to pay for. The email then sent was very confusing as there were 2 addresses and it was v difficult to find, we wasted 2 hours trying to get parked in the end, very frustrating.

Pin code did not work on entry or exit. Required a call to the customer line which took quite a while to answer, but the agent did resolve the problem by issuing another code.

Utterly useless. Code didn't work for opening the shutters to enter the car park. JustPark "Helpline" phone number is unrecognised number. The JustPark app offers no assistance for these situations beyond generic FAQ's. Had to go and find an NCP even further from my destination. Hopeless. Devoid of any customer care. Faceless rubbish. How do I get a refund ?!

Google maps could not find the entrance but the directions park just sent were very helpful. when we arrived at the car park the pin code did not work. we called the number of the app and was given another pin code which again did not work. I was advised to call the number on the pin code, so I ended the call and dialed the other number which was not recognised. I then called the number on the app again and waited 10 mins before someone answered and was given another pin which eventually worked. it took a total of 25 minutes to get into the car park.

The parking was easy to find but there were loads of bins down there and it absolutely reeked

Easy to book, good price, secure carpark, good size spaces, easy to follow instructions and directions.

This parking apps great, parking was a bargain price and our car was safe. I will defo be using it again in future
