Easy to book a space The car park is a little small but was handy for unloading on moving in day

The code I was sent did not work so I could not park as shutters did not open. When I tried the 'barrier' button on the app, I had a notification that my booking was not recognised. No one from Just Park answered the phone when I rang so I had to park elsewhere. I have raised this with Just Park and requested a refund. This is just my experience and the space has clearly been fine for others. I've also had to give 'thumbs down' as there's no 'I don't know' option for space size. I would have felt comfortable leaving my car in a shuttered car park. I didn't find easy to find, but that's more Google maps and confusion of Leeds roads than the directions from Just Park.

Easy to find, well lit and underground (good on a hot sunny day!) Excellent value and would defo use again :-)

Very small space!

Car was safe, but too tight with so many pillars

gate was broken on first parking so should not have been sold to us. Took ages to get through to customer service. Next parking information was not emailed and had to call again and was waiting for 20 mins in a the wrong car park we had to pay for. The email then sent was very confusing as there were 2 addresses and it was v difficult to find, we wasted 2 hours trying to get parked in the end, very frustrating.

Pin code did not work on entry or exit. Required a call to the customer line which took quite a while to answer, but the agent did resolve the problem by issuing another code.
