The parking was easy to find, however, the code didn't work. It took a while to get through to someone on the phone but I was connected a new code was issued and all was ok.

I wanted peace of mind that i could park without complicated payments or over expensive cost & be sure to find a space ... particularly as my destination was city centre. The car park was easy to locate, easy access, good communication throughout , from booking to arrival.

The whole experience was easy enough although if you hacve a problem, all i got when i called for assistance because of parking issues was, ‘ sorry none of our assistants are available please call back later’ & if after 8pm you have no chance!

Really easy to find the parking location. Unfortunately when we arrived the app didnt allow us to raise the shutter. However we were provided with a code so that worked no problem.
The reason I've not given 5 stars is that the spaces didnt have clear numbers on them so identifying the applicable spaces was an element of guesswork!

Finding the location was great and easy. Only down side was when you arrived underground the parking bays didn’t have clear numbers. This meant you had to guess where you could park

problem I had was getting in as the app kept saying I wasn't close enough but I couldn't get any closer but by using the code I then had no problem

'open door' in app didn't work. once parked not easy to find way out on foot, or later by car. Instruction to leave said press green button - none found. pressed 'up arrow' button by door, but not easy to find and quite high on wall.

Easy to arrange and Sat Nav got me to the address (Via Leeds' notorious one way system) with no problems.
Only issue was, instructions gave space numbers to park in and (whilst each space is clearly marked as a Just Park Space) , I couldn't see any numbers on the plaques or the spaces.
As it was, there was only one available space when I entered, so I just parked in that.

Excellent , arrive 5 minutes early waited tapped in code , barrier opened ,a press open button on exit , brilliant for the train station
