We could not get the car out of the car park.
We were stuck for over an hour.
No one rang us back.
We missed a meal out due to waiting
Only by chance did we get out as someone from the inside opened the door
We then had to pay for more parking outside
We would like a refund please

Everything was fine until I returned to my vehicle only to find the car park barrier would not open. There was nobody to speak to at the car park and the emergency number for the Just Patk app was useless as I just received another PIN code to try to gain access which didn't work. It wasn't until a resident arrived that I was able to gain entry and retrieve my car. Poor customer service considering I was a female alone at night. Felt very vulnerable.

We was told to park in certain numbered bays, no bays had numbers on them.

You failed to tell me about the road works. The traffic was stationery for 20 minutes trying to get to you from Park Square and there was no sign of any movement so we had to park in Park Square or we would have missed our appointment.
