Park Square Car Park

The code in description doesn't work. when I called at 9am got a quick answer, new codes worked fine. Tried code when returning, didn't work, long wait for an answer after 5pm

Door unlock in app didnt work could not get in! Had to request a new pin code through text

DO NOT BOOK. The code does not work and no one answered the phone number supplied.

I was unable to enter the car park as my booking was not recognised and the access code did not work. I found alternative parking I trust there will be no charge

We booked a parking space last night, then when we got there the barrier wouldn't open, we typed the code into the pad too and that still didn't work, we had to park on the street and pay again for parking.

Everyone was ok, but the code you provided didn't work, nor did the open the barrier on the App work. We needed to wait for someone else to gain entry before we could, on arrival, and when leaving

Despite trying the "open barrier" button in the app and the key pad it would not open. A message kept saying my reservation couldn't be found. I tried calling customer support but a recorded message stated no one was available to try later! I had a theatre reservation and ended up paying for alternative parking. Absolutely appalling customer service

The pin code that provided is not work. I have tried to call the customer service for help. I am wait for over 20 minutes, but this is no people answer my call. It makes me very upset.

The code given did not work for the car park, took 15 mins to get through to resolve, other cars also waiting to get in at the same time who had same issue
