Easy to find App worked perfectly to open the doors Just park spaces were easily identified Definitely would use again no problems at all

There was no parking space available when I arrived and as a result turning my car around to leave the car park was extremely difficult. I had to park on the street on a parking meter. My first time with Just Park does not inspire me to cone back.

The car park door did not open using the instructions on the app (too far from destination) although I was standing next to the keypad! I had no code to enter and another party was parked outside with the same problem. They had to cancel as no response from customer helpline. Altogether very shoddy and shambolic!!

It was easy to adjust times and payment. Car was safe and not too far to walk to the theatre. I was a little anxious when I arrived as to how to get the doors to open (not sure it was clearly explained?). Anyway it worked!

Very easy too book and with all the information you gave me was very easy to find and park my car,will definitely use again,thanks.

The code given did not open the gate. Rang customer services and it just hung up on us. The reception bell on the door also did nothing. Had to give up and park elsewhere. No idea if we will be able to get a refund since we have had no support so far

The app would not allow us access to the parking area and the code did not work. Spent 15 mins waiting to get through to customer service who gave us a new code. when we got in, all the Just Patk spaces were taken. Whilst we were considering what to do, someone came and exited a space so we were eventually able to park. The location and facility itself was great.

Unable to gain access, code did not work and no-one an available to assist. Wish I had read the previous reviews before booking.
