The barrier didn't raise, call button didn't work, customer support were no help. Eventually another carpark user let me in but the whole thing was time consuming and poorly managed.

Only issue when I arrived at the car park the barriers should have automatically lifted but never. I had to call the number on the sign to gain access delaying an appointment
