Harder to use than just going to the parking garage and paying when you get there. No codes, no PINs, no idea how to access the parking garage and two calls to customer services made the situation less clear. Pointless intermediary who still took a fee.

Really poor service, took 20 minutes and 2 phone calls to get into the car park we booked and even then it was the car park owner who let us in. Very disappointed will not use Just Park again
