car park was locked shut when we returned for car. Tried to find a person to ask, tried to ring Just Park, consulted police who were nearby but ended up having to leave car in car park and get an Uber home at considerable cost.
Why did you let me book a space to 23.00 if the car park shut at 21.00?

When I booked it I booked my car , then I had issues with my car so swapped to my son’s car. I had booked it with my reg and was unable to change the car reg to my sons. Tried phoning couldn’t get through to anyone to help so had to book it again with my sons reg, so instead of paying £11 I paid £22 !!
