It's the perfect place to park, with it also only 15 minutes or less into Leeds City Centre via foot ( 11 minute walk to Leeds Town Hall). Also convenient for Leeds Train Station, without the high prices (16 minute Walk). We have multiple spaces located on Clarendon Road in Leeds. The space is big enough to fit a van.

Used a space here when expecting a baby at Clarendon Wing. Made it very stress free knowing I had somewhere close and affordable to park for 36 hours. Ended up extending the slot through the app.
We booked it from 7am just in case, but didn't arrive until 10am and found a space with ease.
I will say, in an average sized saloon, it was a little tight because of the bins opposite the space but it was not too bad.
