Easy to book

Booked the space back in October (9 months ago) and There was no parking space available when we arrived at the car park. The car park was full. Rang the man renting the space multiple times and he didn't answer the phone. Rang just park and they said they will ring the man, came back and told me he had checked CCTV and there were spaces in the car park and he couldn't see us! We were literally sat in the middle of the car park where there was no spaces. She told me to take a photo and they will refund me, I said we had 15 minutes to get to the event we had booked and we didn't have time to try and find alternative parking when we booked so far in advance to avoid the stress of finding parking and having to rush. She again repeated that the man has checked the CCTV and we weren't there and there was spaces, advised us to ring the man who was renting the space again to see if he can advise alternative parking! I rang the man back 10 times, first few times rang through to answer phone and then he started rejecting call. Absolute joke, luckily someone pulled out of a spot on a street nearby so we managed to get this space but needed to pay for parking (after already prepaying for a spot that wasn't even available) we ended up having to run to get to the event just in time, which wasn't ideal with it being so hot and me being 37 weeks pregnant.

Awful experience-got to the allocated car park which was full so had to go elsewhere-still waiting for my refund!

Not a particularly safe car park with the Gate left wide open car park & no attendant situated on a street that's free parking on a Sunday or park in a multi storey that's £4 for the day instead of the £8 odd i paid Not a particularly safe area to park your car either with undesirables walking around So unlikely to use again

Easy to find, cheap and in the town centre. Recommend

The car park was very difficult to find. On arrival another couples car had just been broken into. They were distraught and couldn’t get ahold of anyone from Just park. We did not feel safe leaving our car and found alternative parking. I would not recommend using just park

Car was broken into whilst parked here in broad daylight - window smashed, significant damage to vehicle, belongings taken and absolutely trashed inside

We parked on a Monday evening for Tim Minchin at the Arena. It was relatively easy to find, especially if one does a little reading when booking. There was no security as I'd read that there would be but it wasn't a major issue (I might be saying different if something had happened but it didn't). The spaces are fine and there are even a few end-of-row ones with a little extra space for those of us that want to keep our bodywork in one piece.
