My drive way is large enough for two cars. It's a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Furthermore, it's a five to seven minutes walk to leamington spa station, and 15 minutes work to city centre. parking is available all through the year.

Parking space was unavailable and car had to be left on road, returned to scratch down side of car. I wouldn’t park here again nor do I recommend parking here.
