Swan House Car Park

Car parking spaces were so small I struggled to get my car in there. Came.back and the car next to mine scratched as he probably couldn't open his door carefully enough. There just isn't enough room for ten medium size cars. Wouldn't use this parking site again.

Low key parking, less than 5min walk to town centre

Arrived at the booked space, but there were no available spaces

The car park seemed to be used by those working in Kingston. Some parked over 2 bays. The bays are too small for anything bigger than a mini. Even with a mini, you won’t be able to open doors after you’ve parked. It’s definitely not suitable for bigger cars. If you do use this space, arrive before work start to bag yourself 2 bays. We will not be using this space again.

I may have been unfortunate but this carpark was almost full and I had the last space was so small that it took 10 minutes to maneuver into it with my tiny auris but then getting out was a challenge, if I was larger than a size 14 I wouldn't have squeezed out. Also it's next to a building site with boards up and signs warning of danger, I won't be parking there again.

I did not use the parking space as I could not find it and your person on the phone was a great deal less than helpful!!!

I submitted images to Justpark team about in appropriate parking by other users. I'm sorry but I was not really comfortable parking there today.

Despite paying in advance, when I arrived on Saturday, the car park was already full. As I was in Kingston for work, I couldn't wait around, so I had to go and park elsewhere and pay. So, no parking, money down the drain.

Disappointed, rubbish everywhere, broken glass on the floor and a massive pothole that you need to contend with at the entrance. Avoid using this space! Rip off
