Foundation Street Car Park

As a first time user the instructions on how to use the booking were not clear. I ended up have to pay a further £3.50 as if my booking didn't exist

The location is great. Easy walking distance to my destination. The Carpark has a different name to Foundation Street, so that was slightly confusing. The pedestrian entrance on return to the carpark is at the back and not easy to find. Some signage to make it obvious would help. Overall, this is a great find which I will use in future.

Good parking, 10 minute walk to portman road.

I had difficulty getting into the multi storey. Two cars ahead of me could not raise the barrier and forced me to reverse down a narrow road, nearly causing a collision with a car in the adjoining street. Then when I left , the barrier failed to lift, presumably unable to read my details and I had to pay to exit!!

Struggled find car park didntcknow how to get ticket as advised Returned got in car park but struggled get out pressed buzzer man said is barrier up i said its down took another 5 mins to get out As old and struggle park etc thought good idea but no was more stressful

Great and easy to use

Once app downloaded and everything set up the booking was fairly easy. The directions were very useful.

Easy to find the car park, easy to enter and exit. Staff friendly when needed to exit. Car park had plenty of spaces and it was within walking distance of Ipswich football ground.
