Parking on Bedford Street, IP1

Please DO NOT park here!!! I have requested a refund and suggested they remove this space from the site given my experience and the other negative reviews. If the option was available I would have given it zero stars. As there were a number of negative reviews put on the site since booking I reached out to the owner one week before the booking and also confirmed the time the day before arrival and received assurances that everything would be OK. It was not. We had to make a last minute alternative arrangement at greater expense and we wasted an hour calling, knocking on the door and finding new parking at a very busy time (Ed Sheeran Concert) which is very disappointing given I made the effort of reaching out pre-arrival and received the owners assurance everything would be OK. It's not my nature to leave negative comments but given the level of deception I felt it necessary to warn others so they are not let down as we were.

Police had closed road due to football match so was unable to use the space

Owner of space was not available on phone. Couldn't get into the compound. Had to follow somebody in. Wasn't sure if it was an actual space so went and parked in an NCP. Don't waste your time parking here.

I couldn't find the parking space. The road is extremely tight, short and very limited parking. There were no spaces available at all so went elsewhere. Would not recommend this at all.

DO NOT BOOK as you will not be able to use. I gave 5 star last year but owner does not know new entry code and now is not contactable, number on this site was not recognised. When Justpark tried noone answered.

This parking space doesn't appear to exist.. there is no space to park at front of property there is a large car park at rear of property but you can't access as there are electric control gates which require a code, which is not given on the app.. Tried to call space owner on the number provided but no answer. Had to find alternative parking. *I think this space is non existent and needs to be removed from app*

great space, gated, big space. really convenient for Portman Rd. Clear instructions texted in advance from helpful owner, suggest you contact them in advance. really smooth and hassle free

We arrived at the gated parking area and there was no one to let us in the coded gate Phoned the mobile phone number given but there was a message that no one was available to answer so had to reroute to another parking area to get to venue on time so disappointed
