Its was all very easy to book my car, will update after I have parked up

the only thing was it was confusing as when u turn up and park it actually ask you to pay and display ticket which I find strange I know I was in the right place as followed instructions so maybe just park can give you a QR code or some thing so I don't have to pay twice were unpaid app and then again when I turned up and that was the parking assistant that told me I had to even though I showed I booked it through just park

Easy to book online. Only thing that stopped me from giving 5 star review was that there was no printable ticket available to place on my windscreen for display. I called then but spent 10 minutes on hold waiting to be told that you dont need any display ticket as the registration number is used for inspection at the car park. Poor communication.

Just what I needed at a fair price.

It wasn’t a secure car park, it was a normal town car park and there wasn’t even a booked parking space because of it being a public car park, so we were just lucky we got a space or we would have had to wait about to get a space if we hadn’t, just a total con tbh

Although we had no problems, there was no instruction about what to display on car the dashboard to say we had paid in advance.

Easy to park & close to station. Good to have cameras there too. Good value. Would use again.

Simple and effective process

I was lucky that I didn't park my car at a busy time as this car park is often busy with no free spaces available. Not sure what I would have done if I had arrived at the car park and found no spaces available despite having paid in advance for the parking.
