The car park was full with cars queuing waiting to park. We don’t know the area so not having a space to park easily was very annoying.

An honourable company, following a less than satisfactory first experience of this service. Having paid in-line for a reserved parking space, there was no subsequent explanation given on how to proceed, nor any guidance on exactly where the car park was (the entrance being via a supermarket car park and not obvious). I parked up and when I left, rather than risk a large fine for illegal parking, I paid again. JustPark needs to review their procedure, with full instructions provided. I would definitely use again though….

The car park was full on arrival so we had to wait to park. It was very tight and I was worried about someone hitting the vehicle. However, it was fine when we returned to it.
