When I got to my booked space it was already occupied. I spoke to a tenant who lived in the property (not the owner of the parking place) she told me it happens all the time and nobody seems to care.

Parking space was exactly as described, conveniently just round the corner from our Airbnb and the owner communicated with all details needed. Great value for three nights, highly recommend!

This was a good choice, as the car park is at the back of the building, enclosed and not as exposed as it looks in the picture. A quiet space. It's a good walk from the centre of Brighton, but much cheaper than hotel spaces in town. Got a good response from the owner.
