Ver convenient, the owner was helpful when i rang and answered our queries.
If you do stay here - you do not need to place any notice in the vehicle.
You are around 15 mins walk from the parade of shops!

Good clear instructions on how to find the parking area. I have a VW Passat which fitted comfortably. They area is quiet and the parking spot is in a private area behind flats so not visible from the street. It felt to be secure and a safe area to walk in.
