Parking on Palmeira Avenue, BN3

Very close to venue, safe and easy to find location. This parking space [inside a 1960s/70s constructed garage] is totally unsuitable for modern car widths. I reversed my car in with approx. 6 inches either side to spare !! As a result, I had to park my car with the front half sticking out, so that I could open the front door to get out and in !!!

nice place to park, managed to fit an estate car in with no problem at all.

Very small garage, but perfect for my Vauxhall Micra. Measurements of garage given in details were accurate, and youtube video explaining access was very helpful.

rented this garage for a few days, small garage but fitted my ford focus 1.6 in perfectly, bigger cars not recommended, no problems would highly recommend,

Just finished parking here for 3 days, absolutely no issues whatsoever. It is quite a small space, but perfect to fit my Toyota Aygo, I wouldn't say many other vehicles could fit without a squeeze to be honest. Such a nice touch adding carpet on the brick walls so you don't scratch your doors. Owner super helpful, when we arrived I quickly called to ask how we opened the garage door & she was happy to help! Fantastic value for money compared to other places around Brighton, only a short walk away from the hotel we were staying at. Thanks so much!
