Great space and owner was able to be contacted which was reassuring. No issues at all. safe secure parking, with cctv overlooking area. i will 100% use again.

Nice safe street. Only negative to mention, is there’s a deep ditch/pothole by the entrance to drive, so be careful as I didn’t notice until my tyre had taken a bit of a whack.

communication, space and price were all perfect. Distance from sea front is 30 minutes on Google maps (walking) but I have long legs so for me it was a bit less. If you are planning to walk, it's not level (to give anyone a heads up). I would most definitely use Toby as a space provider again. Thank you Toby

Ideal parking for stays in Brighton! It was a 30 min walk to the seafront and we stayed at the Mercure which was a 35 min walk or an uber which cost us just £7. Great value for money. Parking in Brighton centre is expensive (about £28 per 24hours) and everywhere is a permit zone. The parking was clear and felt safe, will definitely park here again and would 100% recommend!

Easy to find and only about a 30-35 minute walk into Brighton town centre.Probably advisable to reverse into the allotted space on drive as quite a tight drive to get out of if reversing out.Other than that all good

Great to have a guaranteed space and charge point in busy Brighton. Easy to get a bus at the top of the road into town. Good communication with Toby (make sure to ask for the code for the EV charger).

Lovely area, easy to find and a good sized spot for any car. I have an estate car and had plenty of room. Also not too far to walk to Brighton if you are planning on staying there, around 30 mins.
