Parking on Chatelet Close, RH6

a bit odd. On my way, Shams messaged me to say he was having building work done and to ring his bell if their van was blocking the driveway. I literally just parked and the builders van reversed blocking my access to my boot to get my luggage.Shams surprisingly didn't greet me or apologise. Felt like a pure money transaction and an inconvenience. Additionally I asked for a taxi recommendation to LGW and he didn't give any numbers. if I was him, I would have already booked a taxi for my guests on arrival. Poor service. Plus bear in mind taxi each way to airport is £20 so £40 in total. Purple parking would have been the same price and much more convenient.

Thank you so much. I will definitely park again and again. The owner was so helpful. He guided me on how to get to the Airport and also sent me a direction guide on to get to the address on my return as had a very late return flight. I said a big thanks to the gentleman who owns the parking space.

Very friendly and convenient

Very helpful with lots of communication to make everything clear and even helped with the local bus to Gatwick which is only 15 minutes.will use again. Highly recommend.

A very easy process, Syed was very adaptable as flights were delayed and he made the process very easy. He also gave us a lift to and from the airport, our flight was delayed in the early hours and again he was adaptable at picking us up and made the whole process of airport travel a lot easier I would highly recommend
