ASDA Holyhead Car Park

Just appalling service - embarrassingly so. Directions were inaccurate, with outdated reference points and pictures. When we finally found the correct car park, there were no spaces. Upon phoning Just Park, we were told that our space had been 'deactivated' which is clearly a euphemism for there being no room at the car park, as WE certainly did not 'deactivate' the space. We were due to catch a ferry and this abysmal service by Just Park really REALLY caused a lot of stress for us. We were reallocated a space at the local ASDA, but, if we hadn't phoned up, we would have been without parking. We could have missed our ferry. Shocking, appalling and we will NEVER use Just Park again. I hope we can communicate this poor service to all our friends,so they don't use this terrible company either.

Left the car in Asda car park for 3 nights and returned to it - no issues at all. Only thing is that you are asked to park away from main entrance of store however, the car park isn’t that big and unfortunately it was very busy so we had no choice but to park outside front of store but as I said, there were no issues.

No problems at all. Parked up by the wall, away from the main entrance, car was A-OK on return. No parking fine etc through the post. Would do the same again.
