Stena Line Holyhead - Black Bridge - Long stay (pre book)

Convenient location close to train station. I am local to the area, and therefore felt very safe.

It was good but bit confused when we saw Horizon sign because we booked with just park, also we were looking for 1a and it said 1.

As much as the car park is conveniently located next to the ferry port,there were no parking spaces left so had no choice but to park in a area which wasn’t a parking space resulting in leaving our vehicle cross parked but still allowing other car users to exit the car park.

Easy advance booking Directions to car par were good but would be better if there was a Just Park sign at the car park to help confirm that we were at the correct car park.

all good some cars park on white lines don't leave enough space to get a car in so they are taking 2 spaces all annoying.

Pre booked a parking space some 6 weeks before ferry crossing. Arrived at the car park and all spaces gone. Was told to use another car park much further away from terminal when complained. Didnt hv time so had to park on nearby street.

Car park was full where we had to park outside the parking bays and hope we didn’t get ticketed or clamped. Tried calling the number provided but due to time constraints unable to wait on hold. Felt that something should be in place to prevent others from parking if you’ve already pre booked. Unnecessary stress.

Very easy to book and good price but no reserved spaces and on return some one had parked so close I could not get in to my car
