Grammar School Walk – Hitchin Car Park

Very easy to use and better price than other car parks in the area.

Absolutely spot on, also taking the option of damage excess was a no brainer. Great peace of mind and easy to book online. Will use again when needed.

First time we've booked a parking spot the day before and it worked perfectly. We booked, we paid, we parked. The one concern when we turned up was that the car park wasn't gated, so if it was full when we got there what we would of had to do.

Easy to find via address and picture of car park and parking space confirmed via email. No searching for car parking in a town unfamiliar to you, really easy to book etc. I downloaded the app after booking, easy to navigate and a great idea.

No actual spaces set aside for Just Park booking. You aren't necessarily guaranteed to get a parking space.

The directions to car park were good, but there were 2 car parks which had no "just parks" signage, which caused total confusion to me and all other cars . The picture sent by customer service girl needs to be put on website.

Considering there's 4 places to park on Grammar school road, The directions were vague. We went to 2 of the car parks, as did half a dozen others who were attending the same event. After a process of elimination, the correct car park was found. So something that we thought would help to make for an excellent evening, this clearly wasn't the best start.

Great service. I phoned customer service and spoke to a real person who solved my problem. Nothing to fault and will use again.

Quick to pay and fairly easy to find using the picture provided. A sign in the car park stating for Just Park use would have been really helpful and stop the second guessing
