Garage on Cheviot Close, UB3

This space is misadvertised as being in a garage - it isn't. I was told the garage 'currently has some stuff in it' but others had parked outside the house on a small piece of lawn (our car was able to fit - just), so the currently having stuff in the garage has clearly been the situation for quite a while. Communications with the owner were prompt. I had some concerns about leaving it on a patch of lawn on a street corner, but thankfully the car was fine when we got back, just covered in debris from the tree it had been parked under.

Upon booking it was advertised as a garage space but the night before arrival we were told the garage was full and we had to park on some grass outside an apartment building. The owner did not even live there so we were very uncomfortable leaving our car there for two weeks but had no choice as it was 3am. After asking for a refund, we have been completely ignored. Very disappointed in the service and will not use again

Friendly host, handy location and busses regular enough to not cause any stress. First few busses were too full to get on because we had luggage with us so the driver refused. The garage door doesn't open or close very easily so this could do with some TLC. Wouldn't recommend if you have a large car as it was quite tight (Skoda Fabia Estate).

Owner was great and helpful, however the space itself is not great. Its a storage garage with a mouldy door and rubbish outside the garage. Not really what you want to be dealing with in the dark/wet. Also space is a tight fit even for a normal car.
