The Hoppa bus service runs from the hotel to Terminals 1, 2 & 3 every 20 minutes and to terminals 4 & 5 every 30 minutes. Cost is £5 single and £9 return (2 children under 15 can travel free with every paying adult).
The Heathrow Express train service operates from all Heathrow terminals every 15 minutes during the day arriving at Paddington Station in London in 15 minutes with onward connections available from Paddington to all London attractions.

Reception informed me that they didn't deal any more with Justpark, Apcoa only now.
Luckily a manager still allowed me to park there as a goodwill gesture

No problem and very close to Bath Road where you can catch a bus to the terminal. Do not take shuttle bus offered from the hotel as it cost too much! Bus cost just under £2 per person.

Awful service. They said the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport and didn’t. When I contacted JustPark they didn’t want to know and still not resolved. Very disappointed.
