Absolutely s*** - received a parking fine from the Hatfield Galleria, luckily it has been reduced from £58 to £15, the picture on the booking is not clear and when you try to speak to them, there is never anyone available to take the call. I have submitted a claim via their portal, not holding my breath - I suspect we parked in the wrong place because their description of where the space is located was written by a 3 year old.
Such a shame as I have used them many times, but for my trip to Hatfield, they have really let me down, should of just paid on the day
I had plenty of space and it was safe as I clearly parked in the main multistorey car park, the instructions on the email said 'park in any available space'
