Directions given take you through Charing Cross Road and Newport Crt. However, these routes take you through pedestrian's zones. Telephone helpline is only robotic and useless. I needed to spend the day before the booked date to travel there by public transport in the day time to ask the person who was there as how to drive through the pedestrian zone. He explained it to me. I needed to arrive an hour earlier. The online help only advised to make additional booking without clarifying whether I would need to drive out and in again. The telephone help robot did not give an option to ask this question. I cheated the robot choosing other options until some person was reached. He told me I would not need to drive out and back between two bookings; number plate machine would do everything smoothly. I entered without problem, but while exiting at the end of the second booking, the gate did not open. Telephone robot sent me a 4-digit code without telling me where i should put it. I was stuck for 15 minutes until I let another driver drive first and I drove after them

Great spot close to the station for onward travel to Wembley Stadium. Shame there was works on the line and the trains were cancelled but that is no fault of oyurs, would definitely use your service again when visiting London.
