Secure driveway on a Residential quite Cul De Sac street. The driveway is quite big and can fit 10 vehicles diagonally parked easily on both sides of No 17 & No 16 driveways. Please park where you see a free space and use full length of driveway, I.e park as close as possible to front door and on brick pavement. Please park diagonally to ensure you leave enough room for others to park side by side just like supermarket car parking spaces. If you park sensibly then others can also park next to you. On request, if same party, 2 spaces can be reserved but please contact me in advance so I can amend the listing.
The space is big enough to fit vans. I have 4K Hi Definition CCTV Cameras surrounding the front and sides of the house along with powerful Floodlights which are sensor motioned. The house / driveway is very safe and secure with good street lighting and great neighbours. Please call me or WhatsApp me to confirm you are attending and provide me with your telephone number for emergencies out of curtesy. Also I can offer guidance on nearest bus stops, tube stations and walking distance to stations. On your return home late to your vehicle please keep the noise down and be considerate to my neighbours as they don’t appreciate loud banging car doors and loudly speaking conversations at midnight to the early hours,

Great for Wembley if you don't mind the walk. 40-45 mins with a pub half way to break up the journey if needed. Will definitely use again. Friendly owner and safe area.
