Easy to use and worked!!

Good information process and all worked very well on the night except only parking directions were “park in any bay not reserved for NHS employees”. Nearly every bay said “ reserved for orange badge holders. Other than that, excellent car park and vnpr worked v well in and out.

Easy to book with a promise of best price. Good directions to the car park and no queue to pay on leaving. Car park was not busy which was great, not having to drive around to find a space. I did find another car park which was offering a slightly better rate that is why only 4 stars.

Really easy to book and clear instructions on how to find the parking area. In the car park are numbered reserved bays, which is what I was expecting to receive, but instead got a general label area called APCOA, which has plenty of spots but not a 'reserved' area that guarantees parking. That guarantee is what I thought I was paying for .. but like I've said: there were plenty of spaces to park and it was so easy to just drive in, park and then leave knowing I didn't need to faff with tickets .. because I'd pre-paid it.

The car park is directly off a major roundabout with numerous traffic lights, none of which are appropriately phased. Entry is OK, and there are numerous spaces, but the lower levels are mainly NHS spaces and not available to Just Park clients. If using this carpark for an event at The Piece Hall , the problem comes when it finishes - it took 35 minutes just to get to the first set of lights on the roundabout! Look elsewhere!
