Easy to find. Secure parking. Good value for money. Would definitely use again

This was a parking space which I expected to be reserved; why else would one pay an extra 69p to Just Park to make the booking. There was no evidence of Just Park having any part to play on site and it wouldn't surprise me to receive a fine; I hope not as this would just be more hassle. I can't see any merit in booki9ng this place using the Just Park App; better to turn up and pay on the spot.

That there was flexibility with leaving the car park multiple times, location brilliant and also a reasonable price.

A low cost all day car park which I had not been aware of when looking for car parking to go to a match at Guildford Cricket Club, 10-15 minutes walk from the ground.

Needed a place to park for the following morning to deal with a Visa emergency. JustPark gave me the freedom of mind to book it ahead of time and know all would be well.

There was a car and van in the space that I had booked !! I wasn't given any contact number to call either. This was also my first day in the office at my new job and was very stressful to have to deal with. You charged me immediately for the booking but there were no decent instructions sent for this booked space. Very disappointing and I expect a full refund ASAP. I have photos for proof.

Excellent option for parking but description is not clear. I first parked in one of the two bays shown in the listing photo only to be called back by someone as I was walking away and told to go inside the gates and select any open bay.

I really liked the online service, it was very informative. However having paid in advance for three days parking when I arrived at the parking there were no obvious spaces to park in. I eventually managed to park between two other cars. I left my car which was fully loaded with my daughter’s belongings having moved her out of her home, not feeling very confident, but when I returned to the parking spot my car was secure and untouched.

No problems finding and parking but when I got back there was a parking ticket on my car. It stated that I hadn't paid. I have an online receipt so it is very irritating. Now I have to go through the hassle of appealing the fine. If not for that would have been 5*

I was very impressed by the ease of using the service and the value for money of this parking location. The online description of the location was accurate and the directions made it very easy to find. Knowing I had a guaranteed space to park before my train journey took away any stress or worries about missing my train.
