Approx 10 minutes walk from the RSC Hospital, there's a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away at the end of the road which has a very regular service into town etc. Very suitable for students at the nearby university & ideal for Hospital workers or visitors.
The parking space is a gravelled surface outside the front of my property in a quiet residential area. There is someone home for most of the time & there has never been a problem with vandalism etc in the 20+ years I have lived here.
I strongly recommend that you reverse into the space to make it easier when you leave. There is no gate or obstruction, you can come & go with ease.
