5 mins from G-Live. We have a driveway space located on the corner between Austen Road and Sydney Place, just off Epsom Road in Guildford. The space is big enough to fit large vehicles up to the size of a small van. It is a tarmac driveway, surrounded by brick walls and is gated - in a quiet and very safe area, just a 5-10 minute walk from Guildford town centre. We are at home all the time (due to children) and keep a careful eye on the driveway when in use, as well as neighbours who have a direct view over the driveway. We can assist with the gates if needed and are happy to help you or let you do your own thing depending on if you need any assistance or not. You can easily and privately use the driveway, without needing any codes or keys. Thank you, much appreciated.
