For the first time using JustPark I have a serious complaint about this parking area.
The building where the car park is situated at the Oasis Tower is a derelict building. there are very steep ramps to the top and when there only two cars were parked. There was no pedestrian exit other than down the dangerous ramp. I dare not leave my car there and would suggest that it is removed at once from your list. The area at the entrance is also very rundown. It would have been asking for a break-in if I had parked there.
I would therefore ask for a refund.
Ithink it is up to you to deal with this situation.

will definitely use again, took a few minutes to find as address takes you to the front of building and entrance to parking is at the back. Be careful entering as up a steep hill and only one lane for entrance and exit.
