The main issue is the instructions are so unclear on how you are meant to get a ticket and it is not user friendly at all. Next time I won't pay in advance as it confuses matters

Very easy to book, directions and instructions very clear. Felt my car was safe and secure whilst in the car park. Would definitely recommend Just Park to family and friends and will certainly use JustPark agsin.

We had prebooked but found it difficult exiting the car park. Trouble with scanning the bar code on my phone as it was difficult to see where to do that on the pay machines plus it was asking us for payment again. We also had to wait a while before someone answered the help facility. Even so we would do it again!

I’m disgusted to have paid an extra £15 to leave the QPark car park on top of the £19 I had already spent online to park!!!! I demand a refund of the £15 immediately

Car park is not fit for purpose. I had reserved a space and there were none. I had to wait 20 mins for someone to leave before I could park. Tried to contact via your office at the car park, if it is your office, it was closed. Tried to contact via the help button on the pay machines, no answer.
Missed the start of an important meeting due to this. The car park ramps are tiny and not fit for large cars, so pleased to have got out of the carpark without scoring wheels or bodywork. When I did leave, as I pre-booked I was to scan my barcode to leave. No machines have barcodes, so I had to cause a massive queue as I waited at the barriers to leave.
If your car is bigger than a Corsa, avoid this place.

The instructions for exiting don't work....the machine wanted us to pay. Had to press the intercom button, gave the reg and they let us out.... without having to pay again
