It was a little nervy finding both lifts having damaged buttons for the floor choice - notice said it was getting fixed asap but after our stay of 3 days it was just the same .

The QR code didn’t work and I was asked to pay again. I contacted the team and they got it fixed but it wasn’t a good experience. Additionally the cost charged was higher than I would have paid if I’d just used the car park without booking.
