When we arrived at the car park, following your site sat nav, it was a block of flats. No car park what so ever. So, I never used the car park as there was no car park and I won't be using your site ever again as I have been blatantly ripped off!!!!!

I found this a good service to use. There was plenty of communication from them. I had local knowledge of the area from previous visits, but the description included of the parking location was useful, as I had not parked there before.
