Police stopped me as the road was shut for local access only. When I told them I was heading here, they told me that they do not have a permit to offer event parking and denied me access!

Easy to book online. Reassurance that I had a space & that my car was safe. Easy to find & communication was really good, updating me all the way & sharing address etc… on arrival there was folk there to help & despite the concert finishing 2 hours late my car was kept safe & someone was there to let us out. Great experiance.

The car park we booked for the Green Day concert was unlawfully put on and all roads to the car park were closed and we cousins gain accces. I had to pay £42 for parking elsewhere and I am now out of quite a bit of money. I don’t believe this is an issue with Just Park themselves more of an issue with the company who owns the car park.
