I booked and paid for a car parking space at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow the day before my journey there. On arrival I was told the reservation had not been acted upon and needed to join a queue until parked cars had left. You are clearly taking fees under false pretences. Very disappointed.

At Marriott hotel car park I paid from your website 17.99 pounds, I was noticed that if I pay directly from Marriott hotel it will be 12 pounds so you already got 5.99 pounds extra, next time I will not use your website
