Great for booking in advance to secure your space

Assigned PIN code did not work. A phone call took care of it. For my particular location (Spittal St Lane) a good look at the Google street view is helpful. If you have a big car or struggle with maneuvering in tight spaces, don’t park here. Location is close to Edinburgh Castle.

Neither the QR-Code nor the booking-number was usefull to open the gate to enter the carpark with our car. So we called the service. They asked for a number consisting of nummerical numbers and letters which we didn't have. They let us enter just using the number of our licence plate showing goodwill. Returning from our Walk through the City WE we're able to enter the carpark on foot, using the QR-Code. But with our car again WE we're Not able to open the gate. Service was not available and we're blocking the exit. Luckily the service opened the gate after some minutes of waiting. I didn't understand if they used the booking number I stated or if it was again only good will.

Easy to park and easy to access

Really good experience, would definitely use this car park again. Spaces are a bit tight if you have a larger car but overall it was great. Central location, very clean and easy to find.
