North Rotunda Car park

The car park was closed and couldn't be used.

Car park was closed and not in use. Tried to contact just park and lines not working. Will be requesting a full refund and reimbursement for the other car park we managed to get into. Caused stress and panic as no prewarning. Car park had been closed for construction on the 8th September when concert was booked for the 14th. Shocking they’d take money when no parking available

Terrible service. Arrived to park to go to our concert only to find the car park was closed and not available for use since 3 days before. Surely contact could have been made to cancel our booking to allow us to make other arrangements .This booking was made months ago and was booked to ensure an enjoyable first concert experience for our daughter to avoid any stress and inconvenience finding parking as we travelled over 2 hours to get there and were not familiar with the area. As a result we ended up being late and having to pay for other parking. So not only was this a stressful situation I am also out of pocket whilst I wait for them to respond to my refund request.

Perhaps due to construction work, it was not easy to confirm that this was the car park I booked. It looked like an unused parking site. A sign would be very helpful. I tried to phone but ended up in a queue.

Arrived at car park at 19:00 exactly, not one parking space all were occupied had to end up parking 2 wheels on a pavement. Not happy when someone is able to go on your app and pay to guarantee a parking space. And not receiving what you ordered is not right. Plus the stress of trying to find a parking space. A refund wouldn’t go a mis.

Efficient process and car parking was ideal

The Glasgow Rotunda space was perfect for the OVO Hydro gig I was attending. Unfortunately upon arrival there was no space available, it took 15 mins for someone to come back to their vehicle and vacate a space. Other than that, it was an easy process.

Lots of parking available and it's close to arena perfect for my night out

This was a public car park which had a pay and display available, so no saved space. We were very lucky to get the last place in the car park. The spaces were not saved for us to park in. I'm just hoping I don't get a ticket for not paying at the machine following paying on Just Park. Location was fantastic, 2 mins walk to the OVO Hydro.
