I have a volvo xc70 estate and yes the space is a bit tight but not a problem. It is on an a steepish incline but again so what.
10 mins walk from the priestfield stadium in what appears to be a decent safe neighbourhood

This space is a disgrace , looks nothing like in the picture
Very narrow , there is a sticking out bit of low wall that caught the underside of my car causing severe damage and will be very costly to repair . There are weeds around it so part of it is hidden and makes it virtually impossible to park
There are plenty of spaces on the street nearby so avoid this at all costs as I'm sure the owner will not make good the drive or offer to pay for the repairs due to their negligence
