Great car park just very rarely any space!
I paid for a weekly parking ticket and used it for 3 out of 5 days I was there due to lack of spaces.
Contacted JustPark to see if they could switch my booking to another nearby car park as per the guidance in the FAQs and the response I got wasn't relevant to my query, so I replied asking again and got no response. Just hoping I haven't been penalised for using another car park.

We were lucky with finding a space. Arrive at a time where a few vehicles were leaving. A good location the hotel we were staying.

I paid a week in advance but was fortunate to find the last empty space. Had I arrived 5 minutes later, I should have been unable to park even though I had paid. You should guarantee a space for a prepaid bookings.
