Received a parking ticket as for some reason my vehicle didn't show as having paid when the traffic warden did his inspections. Not only do I have the stress and time involved in resolving this but I had to worry that I would have more tickets, luckily I could show the warden my payment etc on my Justpark all that I had to install for this reason. Otherwise ok

The app is really poor and clunky
Once the payment source has been chosen - ie via the credit function, if the parking duration is changed it defaults back to your card payment option. It's like the app hasn't been tested before being released.

So easy to pay , extend periods via app,there is an area by entrance that needs attention as the tarmac has been washed out creating a large pothole. Helpline was brilliant.
