The space is the second from right, facing the property, please park as close to the central path as possible. If the barrier is up, just lift and pull to release. The barrier is quite high when down so might be a bit tall for lower cars.

Very easy set up.
Although the bullard was slightly too high for my Citroen. So I got a little scrape underneath every time I parked there

Could not park my car in the space due to the steel bollard that was in the centre yes it was lowered but we have a very low car and would've ripped out the underside of the car. Also it is quite a ramp up to the space which caused us to scrape our front splitter on the car also! Not very happy. I want to full refund and haven't received it as yet!

Could not use the spot because the security bollard hit the underside of my car. A warning should be in place for people not using an SUV or having lover cars.
